We welcome your feedback whether it is a concern, a complaint or a compliment about our service. The information collected as a result of your feedback will help us to improve our service design and service delivery. You can provide your feedback by firstly discussing with our client service manager about what is working well and what needs improvement. Your information will be kept private. Sydney Care Partners will, at all times, operate according to the requirements of applicable privacy legislation by the Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
